Terms of delivery
Bulky items, heavy objects (over 30 kg) or fragile goods are delivered with a pallet by a carrier.
Please note that delivery with a pallet is done by a carrier. You may need help with heavy and bulky goods (service not included in the cost).
The delivery is done on the GROUND FLOOR and in accessible doorstep.

After receipt of payment, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone to arrange an exact delivery date. In France, our carrier will contact you to arrange an appointment.
The delivery is made by the carrier and is possible from Monday to Friday. The delivery time is from 8am to 4pm.
If a product has longer delivery times, this will be indicated on the product detail page.
Please note thatDelivery time varies between 2 weeks and 8 weeks depending on stock levels. This will be indicated on the product detail page.
✪ Shipping costs,
Metropolitan France, excluding DOM TOM and Corsica :
- Free of charge for purchases over €500 excluding tax,
- Unique fee of €50 for purchases of less than €500 (excluding tax).
✪ For shipment to overseas departments or territories, international we charge you for unique shipping costs per order, regardless of the value or quantity of the order.
We have an agreement with transporters allowing us to offer advantageous rates.
- Export customers: please submit a message or e-mail with the desired products and your delivery address in order to receive an accurate quote. It is possible to link our carriers-transporters (FCA incoterm). Logistics to be planned jointly.

✪ Receipt of a package
We take an insurance especially for you.
Indeed, it is imperative to check the state of the goods in the presence of the driver in order to refuse the parcel in case of damage and to note the precise reserves on the transport order. We know that sometimes there is not enough time or that it is not always easy, but it is the only way to help you easily to solve the situation.
